One of our delivery partners is currently experiencing issues with their Scottish delivery network resulting in delays to deliveries of up to three weeks.

Dispatch Times

 

Domestic Products

We aim to dispatch all domestic products within 1-3 working days. Please contact us on 01282 873120 if you require urgent delivery.

Once dispatched, delivery is usually within 24-48 hours.

 

Commercial Products

We aim to dispatch all commercial products within 10-15 working days. If you have an urgent requirement, please contact us on 01281 873120.

Delivery rates are calculated at the checkout and are based on the weight and dimensions of the item you are purchasing.

 

 

Suppliementary Delivery Charges

Unfortunately, surcharges are imposed on us by carriers for a number of locations these locations include, but are not limited to: 

Isle of Wight

Grampian 

Highlands

Northern Island

Isle of Man

Channel, Scilly & Scottish Islands

Please note: Owing to charges imposed by delivery carriers, supplimentary delivery charges will be applied irrespective of the order value.  

Commercial Delivery

After you have placed your order, our logistics team will be in touch to confirm a delivery date. Commercial products will typically be delivered by our in-house transport team. Our driver will liaise with you on the day of delivery to confirm an estimated time of arrival.

Please note: Orders placed for delivery outside the UK may be subject to additional charges and fees in line with import duties.

Damages

Damaged items should be refused by the customer at the point of delivery. Any issues with delivery should be raised within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
